Between The Meals

Dieticians suggest that taking 3 meals a day is not scientific and the term dieting means dividing the quantity of your three meals into six meals. It is important to have in between meals for a healthy weight loss and active metabolism. The meals must be equally spaced and the best timing for mid way meals is 11 to 12 noon and 4 to 5 P.M evening. Take fruits, vegetable salads, roasted namkeens, veg sandwich digestive biscuits or any other light snacks but take care that you should avoid sugar, fat and fried food. Call Diet Clinic for knowing more about better ways of healthy living and wellness.
