Dinner

Take an early and light dinner. The best time to have it is 7 to 8 P.M. At night your metabolism slows down therefore your body requires very less calories at night. Your body activity decreases and thus you need very less food intake. Heavy dinner may cause weight gain and long term losses to the body. Take green salad with zero proteins, instead take seasonal vegetables. Avoid salt after 8 P.M, because it may cause water retention in the body and leads to weight gain. If you have to sleep late then take early dinner and take fruits or milk late at night. For getting free tips subscribe Diet Clinic Facebook page by liking it.
