Lunch

Best time to take lunch is 1 to 2 P.M and if you delay it more than it is may spoil the whole day eating schedule, which may cause overeating and obesity. Your lunch must be healthy but slightly lighter than your breakfast. It also depends on your lifestyle and nature of job, whether to take a heavy or a moderate lunch. It must contain salads, green vegetables, roti or rice (occasionally), Dal, cholle, rajma, Chana or any protein rich food.  Salads in lunch are important for digestion and detoxification. If you want to lose weight then take a glass of water half an hour before the lunch and avoid drinking water immediately after the food.  Know more about health, diets, wellness and fitness through Diet Clinic national toll free number.
