Banana Flambé

 

Yield 8

 

4 Banana, quartered length wise

Pinch cinnamon

¼ c water

1 t vanilla extract

½ c white wine

1 T apple juice concentrate

 

  1. Mix all ingredients except wine.
  2. In a hot skillet cook mixture for 4 minutes.
  3. Add wine and flambé
  4. Serve immediately
