Braised Chicken

Portion 4 oz

 

1 # boneless, skinless chicken breast

1 c Artichoke Hearts

½ c shallot, sliced

½ c garlic, sliced

1 c red wine

2 heads fennel

2 T thyme

1 c tomato sauce

1 T basil

 

  1. Sear chicken with fennel, garlic, shallot, artichoke & thyme.
  2. Flip add wine & tomato sauce.
  3. Cook until chicken is done.  Add Basil.
  4. Serve Hot.
