Bread Pudding

 

Yield 8

 

4 c low sodium whole-wheat bread cut into cubes

½ c splenda

2 c soy milk

1 t cinnamon

½ tsp nutmeg

1 t vanilla

3 egg whites,

 

 

Procedure:

 

  1. Soak bread in milk and add spices
  2. Fold in egg whites
  3. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
