Cherry Jubilee

 

Yield 36

 

 

15# whole pitted dark tart cherries

1 quart water

2 cinnamon sticks

1 cup splenda

4 oz brandy

6 oz corn starch mixed with water

 

 

 

  1. In a hot stock pot add cinnamon, water, brandy & splenda.  Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
  2. Thicken with cornstarch. 
  3. Add cherries and cook for 5 minutes more.
