Chocolate Covered Strawberries

 

Yield: 6    Portion Size: 1 strawberry

 

 

6 large strawberries

3 Tbsp. Wax Orchard’s Fat-Free Fudge

3 Tbsp. Grainfield’s corn flakes, coarsely chopped in food processor

1 tsp. cinnamon

 

Procedure:

 

  1. Rinse strawberries and pat dry.
  2. Heat the fudge in microwave for 1 minute to liquefy.
  3. Roll strawberries in fudge.
  4. Coat with corn flakes.
  5. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  6. Refrigerate.
