2 C    Frozen Corn kernels

¼ C    Plain F/F yogurt

1 t     Splenda

 

 

Procedures

 

  1. steam corn for 7 minutes
  2. in a food processor blend corn, yogurt and Splenda until smooth and creamy
  3. Refrigerate and serve.
