Edamame & Broccoli Dip

1#                   Shelled Edamame cooked (soya beans)

1 #                 Over-cooked broccoli florets

1/4 C                 Fat Free Sour Cream

2 oz                 Fat Free Plain Yogurt

3 T                   Vadalia Onion chopped

1 T                   Chopped Garlic

1/4 t                  Ground Black Pepper

4 T                   Lemon Juice

3 T                   Chopped Basil

 

 

Procedure:

 

  1. In a food processor puree beans, broccoli, onion and garlic, puree for 2 minutes.
  2. Add sour cream, yogurt, basil, black pepper and blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Adjust taste with lemon juice.
