Jicama Slaw

2 large jicama

1 red pepper

½ head red cabbage

2 T splenda

12 chives

¼ c brown rice vinegar

½ t black peppercorns, ground

2 T Lime juice

2 T orange juice

 

 

  1. Julienne Jicama, red pepper & cabbage.
  2. Cut chives in 1/3's
  3. Mix remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
  4. Mix all ingredients together & let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
