Orange Ginger Salmon


2 lbs Salmon
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. cumin powder
1/4 tsp. dried thyme
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 tsp. corn starch
1 t lemon zest
1 orange zest
2 tsp. minced ginger
2 small garlic sliced cloves
1/4 cup apple juice
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

 

  1. Mix dry spices together and coat Salmon.
  2. In a hot skillet sear salmon for 2 minutes.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and cover.
  4. Lower heat and cook over low heat for 4 minutes.
  5. Serve hot with brown rice.
