Pan Roasted Lemon Ginger Salmon

 

Yield 4

 

 

1 pound salmon

1 T garlic

1 t paprika

1 T ginger

4 stalks lemongrass

1 T lemon juice

 

  1. Puree all ingredients, except fish, in cuisenart.
  2. Marinate fish for 20 minutes. 
  3. Sear Salmon for 3 minutes on one side.  Lower heat, cover and cooked until done.
  4. Serve hot or cold.
