Potato Apple Fries Recipe

Among all other healthy Navratri fasting recipes or dishes, this is my favorite one. Get this delicious potato apple fries recipe on board. I bet you can’t deny giving it a round of applaud after having it.

Ingredients you Require:

  • Potato  –  1 Piece
  • Apple  –  1 Piece
  • Paneer  –  50 gm
  • Sindha Namak ( salt)  –  as per taste
  • Lemon Juice  – 1 spoon
  • Ghee  –  100gm
  • Fresh Coriander Leaves  –  1/4 bowl
  • Jeera  –  1 spoon
  • Black Pepper  –  as per taste

 

Method to Prepare:

  • Wash the potatoes and apples before making this chaat.
  • Now peel them off.
  • Slice the potatoes, apples and paneer in thin or thick strips as you like.
  • Now add some ghee in the pan.
  • Deep fry the sliced apples, panner and potatoes till they that golden brown.
  • Extract them in a bowl and sprinkle some salt, black pepper and lemon juice on it.
  • Garnish it with coriander leaves.
  • Mouth-watering potato apple fries are ready to eat.
  • This Navratri special recipe is easy to make and less time consuming.
