Sabudana Fruit Chaat

Sabudana is considered to be the best food items in Vrats. Out of it, we can prepare Sabudana fruit salad or fruit chaat and many more yummy dishes. I would go with the Sabudana fruit chaat recipe which is a quick snak for Navrati Vrats. Try this healthy Navratri fasting recipes for sure.

Ingredients you Require:

  • Sabudana  –  200gm
  • Coriander Leaves  –  1 bowl
  • Green Chillies  –  2 pieces
  • Chopped Ginger  –  1 spoon
  • Lemon Juice  –  1 tbsp
  • Chopped green chillies  –  1/2 spoon
  • Sindha Namak ( Salt)  –  As per taste
  • Jeera ( cumin seeds)  –  1/2 spoon
  • Black Pepper ( Kali Mirch)  –  As per taste
  • Boiled Potato  –  1/2 bowl
  • Apple  –  1/2 bowl
  • Raw banana ( kacha kela)  –  1/2 bowl
  • Anardana ( Pomegranate seeds)  –  1/2 bowl
  • Cashew Nut ( Kaaju)  –  20
  • Almonds  –  10
  • Munakka dry fruit   –  20
  • Peanuts  –  30 gm
  • Coriander Leaves  for garnish
  • Grapes  –  50gm

 

Method to Prepare:

  • Soak the sabudana in water for 2 hrs.
  • Now sieve it and drain the water.
  • Keep it aside so that it can dry.
  • Now slice the potatoes, apple and banana.
  • Take a pan and add some ghee in it.
  • Sprinkle some jeera in it.
  • Grind coriander leaves, green chillies, ginger in mixer and make their paste.
  • Pour 1 tbsp paste in the frying pan and cook it for 2 min.
  • Mix sabudana, chopped green chillies and sliced fruits in the ginger chillies paste.
  • Sprinkle salt, lemon juice and black pepper on it.
  • Now add dry fruits ( cashew nuts, almonds, munakka, peanuts, anardana)  in it.
  • Healthy Sabudana Fruit chaat is ready to serve.
