Spiced Chicken

 

Yield 8

 

4 4-oz chicken breasts

2 T rosemary, picked & chopped

2 T sage, picked & chopped

½ T black peppercorns, ground

1 t garlic

1 t onion

1 lime zest

1 lime juiced

 

 

Procedure:

 

  1. Mix all ingredients together, let sit for 5 minutes
  2. Sear chicken in a hot pan.  When browned flip and cover
  3. Reduce heat cook for 5 minutes.
