Spinach Pinwheels

 

Yield: 4

 

 

¾ C    frozen spinach

¼ C    F/F sour cream

1 t     No salt added Dijon mustard

½ t    granulated garlic

½ t    granulated onion

¼ t     ground black pepper

  1. thin lavash bread

 

Procedures

 

  1. In a food processor blend sour cream, soy sauce, garlic and onion powder.
  2. Add thawed spinach and blackpepper and process only slightly.
  3. Spread spinach mixture on thin lavash bread evenly. Roll up and wrap in plastic food wrap. Refrigerate for a few hours.
  4. When ready to serve, unwrap and slice into pinwheels.
