Spinach and Mushroom Quiche

 

Spinach & Mushroom Quiche

 

Yield: 15

 

24 oz   Frozen chopped spinach (thawed and drained)

8 oz     fresh mushrooms sliced

½ C     diced onion

3T        chopped garlic

1 T       granulated onion

1 T       granulated garlic

¼ t      ground black pepper

1  C     egg whites

 

 

Procedure

 

  1. Sauté onion and garlic until brown. Add spinach, mushrooms, granulated onion, granulated garlic, and black pepper and cook until spinach is hot.
  2. Let cool in refrigerator
  3. Mix in egg whites
  4. Spread on a lightly sprayed half sheet pan and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
  5. Let stand at room temperature for ten minutes before cutting into required shapes.
