Tomato and Rosemary Salad

8 ripe tomatoes, diced

3 T rosemary, picked & chopped

2 T garlic, minced

¼ t black peppercorns, ground

¼ c chopped Italian parsley

4 lemons, juiced

1 t oregano

 

Procedure:

In a hot skillet sear tomatoes with garlic & rosemary.  When tomatoes are just beginning to break down add remaining ingredients and serve immediately.
