Without bothering too much about the healthy and fitness no one can stay fit.  It is really must to go for perfect diet as well as exercise too plays a vital role in making person fit and smart . Skip ping meal and diet will not work it can help you in reducing weight only if you are work it can help you in reducing weight only if you are completely conscious and sincere towards your diet.

My Diet Plan

Along with my diet I never miss my exercise . With my diet, I always take green leafy vegetable and never miss apple and salad . Salad is must with my Lunch and Dinner meal

Staying fit with full dedication is what we all want . But Someone is really required to pusb you and motivate you to stay fit . it will not only keep the body fit rather gives us some more tendency to work more with full energy , So , in Order to follow a daily routine one must stick towards the diet says Sumit Tandon (32) .
