Staying fit and working hand can only be possible if one possesses the enthusiasm to the workout for gaining something in terms of fitness and ability to work more .

When it comes to my healthy I am very particular about my diet and fitness . I can work for more years only by staying fit, so , I take care of my healthy and do exercise daily . I never miss my gym and  I am very particular even about my 45 minutes daily exercise , Sticking ti a diet plan helped me to reduce 10 kilos in three months.

In my diet everything is rich in fiber and nutrients from fruits intake to food intake .

I prefer Eating the food according to the diet prescribed to me. I always eat salad with my diet and curd also , whenever I feel Like eating it.

Prescribed Diet only cannot make you fit unless you do regular exercise along with , It really works wonders when you follow the things whole heartedly .
