Choose foods that have lower calorie densities and high in water (fruits, vegetables, soup, low-fat or fat-free dairy), high in fiber (whole grains, beans, fruits, and vegetables) and lower in fat. Having regular low-calorie snacks throughout the day along with regular smaller meals is a good way to manage your hunger. Roasted/boiled/grilled chicken/fish is a great way to add some extra protein to your diet. Eggs are a complete meal. Drink one full glass of water before every meal. This will fill up your stomach so that you feel fuller faster. Avoid snacking late at night. Make salads the main star of your meal, since they fill up your stomach. Stay hydrated and preferably opt for an early dinner without carbs like a high protein grilled fish /chicken/paneer/tofu with veggies and salad.
