Immunity Booster drink


Organic Turmeric powder (Haldi) – 7 Parts
Cumin seeds (Jeera) – 4 Parts
Coriander Seeds ( sabut Dhania ) – 4 Parts
Fennel seeds ( Kachhi Saunf) – 7 Parts
Dry Ginger Powder ( Soonth) – 2 Parts
Whole black pepper ( kale mari) – 2 Parts
Srilankan Cinnamon powder – ½ Parts
Cardamom ( whole Elaichi) – 3 Parts


Keep turmeric powder and dry ginger powder in a separate bowl.( no roasting)
And other all ingredients each do roast them on the slow flame till you get a nice aroma. Once they cooled down. Grind them all together. Add turmeric and dry ginger powder to it.
Store in a clean airtight glass or steel jar.


1/2 t.sp. every day either with water or in food you cook.

Heat 1 tb.sp. pure ghee on a slow flame. Add this 1/2t.sp. powder to the ghee. Make like a paste. Switch off the gas.
Take it everyday in morning.

It suits all adult and children.

Use parts in volume not weight.
