Banana Cornucopia


Yield: 4     


  1. Bananas sliced

¼ t     ground cinnamon

¼ t     ground nutmeg

1 t     vanilla extract

  1. orange juiced

2 t     apple juice concentrate

¼ C    white wine

1       thin bread cut into quarters




  1. Combine all ingredients and cook until bananas are mushy.
  2. Roll each piece of bread into cone shape and bake until firm
  3. Place banana mixture in a piping bag and pipe mixture into cone shaped bread peaking at the end.


Serve with a chiffon sauce
