Stuffed Cherry Tomato

24 cherry tomato

3 hearts of palm, drained soaked & rinsed

2 T yogurt, fat free

1 T sour cream, fat free

¼ t horseradish

¼ t dry oregano

½ t garlic

2 lemon, juiced


  1. In a cuisenart puree all ingredients except tomato
  2. Cut top of tomato off and scoop with a spoon.
  3. Add mixture to scooped tomato
  4. Serve cold
