Portion 8 oz



8 large tomatoes

¼ c chopped garlic

¼ c onion, diced

½ t oregano

½ t dry basil

¼ t black peppercorns, ground

1 t splenda

¼ Bunch basil, chiffonade


Cut, grate or puree tomatoes as desired.  Brown onions & garlic, add tomatoes, oregano, and pepper and cook until thickened.  Finish with splenda & fresh basil.
