I am a vegetarian and love what 1 eat. But I make sure that I work off the extra calories. 1 have a zest for life and I want to live to the fullest. 1 am fondofghee and milk and have panjiri in the winters. 1 am a complete foodie, but keep the quantity of what I eat in check. Don't only depend on cardio. 1 have a fixed timetable and 1 follow it religiously. 1 never miss my physical workout as it is an integral part of my day and while I do that, I do not allow my mind to wander off anywhere else. have 2 glasses of water hrst thing in the morning. Include I some form of physical workout, be it hitting the gymnasium.
