Registrations would be confirmed only on the receipt of payment.
Cancellation and Transfer:If you are unable to attend, a substitute person in the family is welcome at no extra charge. Cancellations received on three day in advance from the date of program start, will incur 50% charge of tax inclusive rate. The company regrets that no cancellations will be accepted after the start date; however, a credit note will be issued. (valid for three months) if inform and approved by Diet Clinic.
Multiple discount offers cannot be combined.
Diet Clinic reserve the right to vary the program and dietician.
Diet Clinic reserves the right to reject registrations. This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the law of India.
Privacy:
Information provided in the registration form will be entered in to our database for the purpose of processing payments and registrations. We may also use it to provide you with future marketing material, news letters, tips and latest news.
