Follow a balanced diet. Have small and frequent 5- 6 meals instead of 3 heavy meals. Include 2-3 servings of fruits, vegetables and salads in your daily diet. Have a healthy breakfast and light and early dinners. Walk / exercise for atleast 30- 45minutes daily. Drink 10 -12 glasses of water daily.
