Recipe: Indian Vibrant Salad Bowl - Chana Chaat Salad
Ingredients:
* 1 cup boiled chickpeas (chana)
* 1 small cucumber (diced)
* 1 small tomato (diced)
* 1 small onion (finely chopped)
* 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
* 1 green chili (finely chopped, adjust according to spice preference)
* 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala (Indian spice blend)
* 1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
* 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (optional, for added spice)
* Juice of 1 lemon
* Salt to taste
* Sev (crispy fried gram flour vermicelli, for garnish)
* Pomegranate seeds (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the boiled chickpeas, diced cucumber, diced tomato, finely chopped onion, chopped coriander leaves, and green chili.
