There are no such food items that are advised to be avoided in the corona virus. Apart from maintaining personal hygiene and cleanliness at all times, the most common myth regarding whether or not non-vegetarians should consume meat during the times when corona virus. But, as a precaution, especially in India, it is better to avoid raw meat and good to consume properly cooked meat. However, there is no advisory that prevents you from eating any non-vegetarian food; just you should consume a well-cooked food to stay safe enough.

Deadly Corona virus outbreak has already crossed the Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS) numbers and has claimed several lives globally. As deadly as this virus is, what is deadlier are myths that are related to it. There are a few food-related myths that are doing the rounds on the internet and social media, and because of which population is also getting confused as to what to eat and whatnot. However, the Corona virus started from Wuhan, and because of these people in India, doubt if they should eat seafood and meat. To clear up this confusion, it has been said that it’s safe to eat seafood in India as there is no confirmed link between sea animals, and the corona virus has been established.
In the end, we conclude that it is a fact that corona virus is a respiratory virus that can spread primarily through contact with an infected person. There is no need to avoid food items, but as a precaution, you may avoid consuming raw meat, but there is no need to cut meat consumption entirely from the diet.
