Winters are nightmare for many with cracked heels and dry skins and if we do not take care and measures the conditions get worst with bleedings from the heels and chapped skins and lips. Apply daily a mild moisturizer twice a day on your heel, feet and skin.
Add some lemon juice in a bucket of water and soak your feet. Use a scrub to remove the dead cells after some time.
Apply vegetable oil on your feet after bathing always and cover it with thick socks.
Coconut oil is a great solution for cracked heels. Apply it on the feet and heels after bathing.
Milk cream, honey, olive oil and castor oils are good for dry skins.
