Take an early and light dinner. The best time to have it is 7 to 8 P.M. At night your metabolism slows down, therefore, your body requires very fewer calories at night. Your body activity decreases and thus you need very less food intake. Heavy breakfast may cause weight gain and long term losses to the body.

Take green salad with zero proteins instead take seasonal vegetables. Avoid salt after 8 P.M, because it may cause water retention in the body and leads to weight gain.
