Dieticians suggest that taking 3 meals a day is not scientific and the term dieting means dividing the quantity of your three meals into six meals. It is important to have in between meals for a healthy weight loss and active metabolism.
The meals must be equally spaced and the best timing for midway meals is 11 to 12 noon and 4 to 5 P.M evening.
