Kid’s food idea, diet plan for Christmas.

We all know that Christmas is all about delicious foods, but the fact is that majority of the food being served during the festival season is full of fats and sugar. Kids love chocolates and sweet treats and keep on stuffing them all day long. Dietician Shell Seharawat, in her dietary suggestions mentions that kids are very much willing to eat the good stuff when it is made with fun for them.
So this season if you are interested in giving a break from the sweets for your kids, take to some fabulous healthy kid diet ideas for them.  Making some food like snowman sandwiches made out of brown bread, cheese string people and veggie Christmas tree are some excellent ideas to keep them involved with healthy eating. Teaching and guiding them to consume limited foods and sweets during meals and drink plenty of water is essential.
