Seafood Medley

This medley of shrimp, scallops and clams is served in a white wine sauce. 

Ingredients
• 12 shrimp
• 18 sea scallops
• 24 cherry clams
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• ¼ cup parsley
• >¼ cup chives
• 1 cup white wine
• ½ tablespoon paprika
• ½ tablespoon Mrs. Dash
• ½ tablespoon white pepper
• 2 tablespoons cornstarch
• 1 tablespoon tomato paste


Methods/steps


1. Marinate the seafood in combination of lemon juice, white wine, parsley, chives and paprika for least for 2 hours.
2. Reserve marinade while searing scallops in a non-stick pan.
3. Steam shrimp and clams. Remove scallops and shrimp from pan; peel and clean shrimp; set aside.
