Slow down and enjoy our food

For many of us, life goes go go! And unfortunately, that often includes our meals too.


But when we eat, we are taking the time to replenish ourselves, so shouldn’t we actually take the time to enjoy our food?


Really enjoying what you are putting into your body by chewing slowly helps with digestion, weight loss, and it reduces stress by putting you in a mindful place where you are paying attention.


Try to slow down by chewing each bite at least 10 times, or try putting your fork down between each bite to enjoy the food in your mouth.


Do you have a tendency to eat quickly?
