Without a doubt, the hardest thing most of us find is- SLOW DOWN WITH FOOD. Food can be nurturing or damaging based on how we consume it and from where it is coming from. Being aware of what we are putting in our body will help us understand our body and mind in a better way.
We are always busy and often complain that we don’t get time to eat. Due to which we tend to grab our food and eat it on the go. Eating in a such a way affects the digestion and absorption capacity of our body leaving the food undigested. As we are not chewing it properly and our digestion process starts in our mouth itself, so did you get that?
1-Slow down when you find yourself eating way too fast.
2-Slow down when you find yourself overthinking.
3-Slow down when you find yourself multitasking.
4-Slow down with your breath.
Slowing down allows you to enjoy your meal, your workout and it makes you more conscious or aware about your emotions and current thought patterns.
