So Many Excuses

I’m so busy as guests are coming today, I’ll start from the next week.
My kid is unwell 🤒 I cannot focus, I’ll start from monday.
I work till 9pm in the evening, I cannot follow a fixed routine.
I don’t get time to workout due to my working hours, I’ll start my diet once I switch my job or once this project is over.
I don’t have a cook, so I have to eat at my office canteen. I’ll start my diet once I find a cook.
My husband comes late at night so cannot have early dinner.

And the list goes on.. 

We have hundreds of excuses for not following a diet or exercising. But when you are aiming for a goal, will this get you anywhere? I doubt.

 

Let’s face it.

When we’ve to meet our best friend or someone we love, we find time any how.
‍When we have to go for a lunch date with our friend or loved one’s, we’ve time.
To eat unhealthy, we’ve time.
To chat with someone on phone we’ve time. But when it comes to having our breakfast, we don’t have time to sit and relish it.
