Water is essential after every work out including yoga. It can be substituted with coconut water, lime water or some freshly squeezed orange juice. Some light snacks like a small piece of vegetable sandwich or crunchy vegetables is a good option. Food rich in proteins is important after yoga to refueling your muscles.
